About Aria

Everyone always remembers how you made them feel

How your loved one feels about the people around them stays with them longer than anything else. It’s what they go by. So everything here is built around keeping the same people close: the carer who has known them for years, the cook who knows they take sugar, the same face at the door as yesterday.

  • 0% turnover for over 12 months — and counting. Against a sector average of around 30%. The team they meet in their first week are the people they’ll see every day.
  • A day with a shape — that revolves around them. Breakfast, the paper, a turn round the garden after lunch, a film in the afternoon, some quiet time or joining in our activities. We fit around their life.
  • Always getting better — we pride ourselves on new ideas, carefully thought out, with one goal in mind — to help our residents. From the latest technology, to the latest research-driven activities, we never sit still in our pursuit of the very best dementia care.

What we're for

Moments shared. Life continued.

The breakfast your loved one likes, someone to talk to, a walk when the sun is out, a dance when the music is right, peace of mind, and trust in the people caring for them. That is what everything here is for.

For your family

You’ve been doing the work of a whole team. Here’s the team.

Most families promised they’d never put their loved one in a home. You haven’t. You’ve found them one.

From here we take the nights, the medication and the getting ready. You get the afternoons back: sitting with them, the same old stories, being family again instead of their carer. This is the part you might not be able to see right now, but we know it’ll happen.

Come and see us

Come and see for yourself.

Any afternoon suits. Ask anything. Stay as long as you like.
