Aria has today implemented a sector-leading 30% pay increase for all team members with a new minimum hourly rate of £13.00.
Following significant improvement in our employee retention and lower agency use, we've decided to buck the trend in social care and pay our wonderful team among the highest rates in the UK.
Our ambition is to now eliminate the use of agency staffing and maintain a stable team for the benefit of our residents' continuity of care.
